Billionaire Gautam Adani-led Adani Group told a select group of investors that the conglomerate will post an earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) of $11 billion this fiscal, Moneycontrol reported, citing people aware of the development

The projected Ebitda, which is a measure of profitability, is an increase from $10 billion in fiscal 2024.

Adani Group, which reportedly shared the projections with investors including international bond houses, also said that its asset base expanded to ₹5.53 trillion by the end of the September quarter of the fiscal year, indicating investment and expansions across business verticals, with capital expenditure for FY2025 expanding to $15 billon.

The company has raised about $2 billion in equity so far this year. This includes $1 billion by Adani Enterprises Ltd, $444 million for green energy arm Adani Green Energy Ltd and an additional promoter equity infusion of nearly $300 million in AGEL.

The conglomerate, which had guided for a capital expenditure of ₹1.3 trillion in FY25, told investors that its capex reached ₹75,500 crore in the first half, the report added.

A spokesperson for the conglomerate did not respond to an email seeking comment.
