Amazon has expanded its cross-border logistics program, Amazon Global Selling Seller Exports and Delivery (SEND), to support Indian exporters shipping internationally, the company announced on Tuesday. The expansion has added three new carriers on air and sea routes connecting India with key markets in the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany.

With the latest integration with Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD), SEND offers a low-cost bulk storage solution. This feature plans to streamline inventory deployment and distribution for Indian sellers.

According to the company, SEND connects Indian exporters with third-party logistics providers to ship goods to Amazon fulfillment centers overseas. The service includes competitive pricing, Amazon-supported shipping, and end-to-end integration for easy booking, tracking, and payment through Amazon Seller Central, the company said.

Amazon also revealed Export Navigator Dashboard, a compliance support tool designed for Indian exporters. Accessible to Amazon-registered and non-registered sellers, the dashboard provides guidance on export registration, product certifications, taxation and shipping requirements. Exporters can also access a curated network of third-party service providers offering services at competitive rates with expedited service-level agreements.

Amazon India Director Global Trade Bhupen Wakankar reiterated the company’s commitment to enable $20 billion in combined exports from India by 2025. The SEND program and Export Navigator aim to create new e-commerce export opportunities for Indian entrepreneurs, he noted.
