LTIMindtree Ltd full-time director, president and head of global markets Sudhir Chaturvedi has resigned, the company informed the stock exchanges this week.

Chaturvedi will be relieved of his duties after the end of office hours on 27 January, the Mumbai-based multinational IT services and consulting company, formerly known as Larsen and Toubro InfoTech Ltd and a subsidiary of Larsen and Toubro Ltd, said.

In his resignation letter addressed to Debashis Chatterjee, CEO, and MD, Chaturvedi said, “It has been a privilege to be part of LTIMindtree’s growth story, and I sincerely appreciate the support, collaboration, and experiences over the years.”

The company expressed its appreciation for Chaturvedi’s contributions during his tenure.

Chaturvedi joined L&T InfoTech Ltd in September 2016 and became president and executive board member of LTIMindtree in November 2022.

LTIMindtree was formed in November 2022 post the merger of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited (LTI) and Mindtree Ltd.

Before L&T, he was with NIIT Technologies Limited as chief operational officer since 2013.

LTIMindtree was incorporated in 1996 and employs more than 81,000 people.

Chaturvedi’s departure comes after former CFO Vinit Teredesai left in April 2024 to join Persistent Systems Ltd.
