Generative artificial intelligence (AI) startup Ayna has raised $1.5 million in a fundraising round led by Inflexor Ventures.

Ayna, which specializes in product photography, said it will use funds to improve its AI skills, expand its team, and make high quality product photography accessible to all businesses.

“This investment will enable us to push the boundaries of generative AI and deliver unparalleled value to out customers,” The Economic Times quoted co-founder Aastha Rajpal as saying.

The firm founded in 2023 by Rajpal and Yash Bansal uses generative AI to help businesses produce studio-quality product photo shoots on a wide scale and caters to brands including Reliance Retail’s Clovia, Wakefit, and WomanLikeU among others.

The startup is planning to expand into the US market and is actively seeking partnerships with many marketplaces to expand the reach of its AI tech solutions to more sellers.
