India’s first Trump-branded office to come up in Pune
India is the biggest market Trump’s real estate business outside the US, and the deal comes as both nations negotiate a bilateral trade deal

The Trump Organization, US President Donald Trump’s real estate company, is planning to develop its first commercial tower in India in Pune, Maharashtra, as it looks tap a boom in the office space sector.
India is the biggest market Trump’s real estate business outside the US, and the deal comes as both nations negotiate a bilateral trade deal.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was one of the first leaders to call on Trump at the White House following his inauguration on 20 January, though India may also be among nations that may be hit with Trump’s reciprocal tariffs from 2 April.
Tribeca Developers, the domestic partner of Trump Organization, along with real estate firm Kundan Spaces, on Wednesday said they would develop the Trump World Center, a 4.3 acre-project on North Main Road in Pune’s Koregaon Park annexe expected to generate more than $289 million in sales.
This will be the Trump Organization’s first commercial office project in India and its second in Pune. It already has one residential project in Pune, which was signed in partnership with Panchshil Realty over a decade ago.
The latest Pune project will have two glass towers with about 27 floors and 1.6 million sq. ft of office space, a statement said, adding that one tower will offer for-sale offices, and the other will rent spaces.
The project plans to offer amenities such as salons, gyms, auditoriums, creches, sports facilities, spas, restaurants, and grocery stores.
A luxury retail boulevard will showcase high-end brands, while India’s first Trump Club will offer an exclusive space for business leaders, complete with dining and networking facilities.
Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, said the company, which has four luxury residential Trump Tower projects in the country, plans to develop three more housing projects in North and South India in the coming months, with an investment of about ₹7,000 crore.
The conglomerate, once owned by Trump, was handed over to his sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, in 2017. They now serve as executive vice-presidents.
“The Trump World Center Pune will set a new standard of sophistication and excellence, reflecting the same commitment to quality that defines Trump properties across the globe,” Eric Trump said.
Tribeca and Trump Organization share a decade-old partnership. Both firms have jointly developed iconic properties in Kolkata, Gurugram, and Pune.
Ashish Jain, managing director of Kundan Spaces, said, “Pune is entering a new phase of commercial growth, and Trump World Center will be an integral part of this transformation.”
Tribeca Developers has a portfolio of 13 projects spanning 14 million sq. ft valued at more than ₹160 billion.
The company is rapidly expanding, projecting ₹2 billion in sales for FY25 and targeting ₹3.5 billion in FY26.
Tribeca has built the world’s most enormous rooftop terrace, of nearly 3 acres, and is India’s largest developer of branded residences.
