Direct-to-consumer (D2C) house of brands Goat Brand Labs has raised $21 million in a fresh funding round, co-founder Rishi Vasudev posted on LinkedIn this week.

“Happy to share that Goat Brand Labs just completed a new round of $21 million,” Vasudev said in the post adding: “We continue to scale a bouquet of D2C brands – Chumbak, trueBrowns, The Label Life, Voylla, Pet Crux, Nutriglow, Imara, Yuris and others, with the aim of making Indian D2C brands world famous.”

Goat raised the funding via a mix of debt and equity from a slew of investors, including BlackRock, Mayfield, and NB Ventures, with a majority of the funding in debt, The Economic Times reported, citing unidentified people aware of the matter.

The company did not disclose the valuation at which it raised the funding.
