Material science tech startup Nanosafe has raised $375,396 (₹3.13 crore) in a seed funding round led by Indian Angel Network group.

The round also saw participation from IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre.

The funding will help the company expand in to new markets. The company aims to establish its technology across five key market segments—water, textiles, automotive, construction, and foam.

Nanosafe focuses on developing antimicrobial active copper technology for polymers, textiles and coatings.

The startup counts companies like Astral tanks, P4 water tanks, and Supreme water tanks as part of its client portfolio.
