How to Cancel
If you need to cancel your application, please get in touch as soon as possible. You can cancel by:
Replying directly to your confirmation email. Sending a detailed message to our dedicated support at events@pressinsider.com.
Refund Conditions
All sales are final: Once an application is submitted, we do not offer refunds due to the costs and logistics involved in the setup and planning of our events.
Application Credit: While we cannot provide a refund, we offer an application credit if the cancellation is made before the final deadline. This credit can be used for future applications to any of our events within the next 12 months.
Non-transferable: Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered applicant.
Exceptions
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund or a different form of compensation. These are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of our management team. Circumstances that might warrant special consideration include:
Serious illness or medical emergency
Unforeseen hardship such as natural disasters or severe weather conditions affecting our event scheduling
