Happiest Minds acquires US-based Aureus Tech

Acquisition of the Denver-headquartered Aureus helps Happiest Minds double down on insurance and reinsurance, healthcare and life sciences verticals

Bengaluru-headquartered Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd this week acquired US-based digital product engineering firm Aureus Tech Systems. 

Happiest Minds said in a statement that it has signed definitive agreements to acquire 100% membership interests in Aureus. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Through the acquisition, Happiest Minds strengthens its domain capabilities in insurance and reinsurance, healthcare and life sciences verticals and strong product and digital engineering services (PDES) business.

Joseph Anantharaju, executive vice chairman at Happiest Minds, said “I am delighted to welcome Aureus’ team to the fast-growing Happiest Minds family.
