Enterprise sustainability management and climate action cloud software provider, LogicLadder, has raised $2.5 million in a funding round led by Singapore-based Big Capital and Zerodha-backed venture fund Rainmatter, the company announced.

LogicLadder said it will use the funds to expand its global footprint in South Asia and North America.

LogicLadder’s existing investors include ONGC, Shell, and IIM Lucknow – Enterprise Incubation Centre.

Co-founded by Mayank Chauhan and Atindra Chandel, LogicLadder is a software as a service (SaaS) company that counts companies such as NTPC, BHEL, PVR-INOX, and Mother Dairy among its customers.

The Gurugram-based firm helps businesses in measuring, reporting, and reducing their environmental impact.

Commenting on the funding, LogicLadder co-founder and chief executive Mayak Chauhan, said, “We’re thrilled to begin a new chapter in LogicLadder’s journey with our global expansion. As leaders of India’s climate tech sector, we understand how enterprises need to be increasingly vigilant and proactive in their sustainability efforts, with regulatory frameworks becoming more stringent.”
