Two-thirds of startup staff look to work for established firms

Close to 70% of employees at startups in India are open to transitioning to established firms, a survey found. 

The survey by CIEL HR Services is based on data and analysis of 130,896 employees across 70 startups, along with 8,746 job postings sourced from various job portals. 

The CIEL Works Start-up Report 2024 found that job security and better pay were the top reasons for such a transition.
